Final Report
In March 2026, GOYOH Inc. successfully completed its project at HANEDA INNOVATION CITY, which commenced in October 2025.
With the aim of evaluating and visualizing the sustainability value of buildings and cities to enhance their global competitiveness, GOYOH conducted a project utilizing its "EaSyGo ValueDriver" service. This service uses AI to collect and analyze ESG data from both buildings and their tenant companies to enhance their overall appeal and value.
In this project, ESG data for HANEDA INNOVATION CITY, operated by Haneda Future Development Co., Ltd., was collected through various publicly available sources and interviews with facility stakeholders. The collected data was then analyzed, while simultaneously improving the accuracy of the evaluation methodology.
As a result of refining and optimizing the service through
consultations with the facility operator, the number of evaluated ESG
factors* for HANEDA INNOVATION CITY increased by 78%. Furthermore,
the alignment rate between the facility's ESG features and the ESG goals
of its tenant companies effectively improved by over 20%. These results
were achieved due to the enhanced accuracy of our service, which enabled
a more comprehensive and appropriate evaluation of the facility based on
ESG indicators. This confirms that the initiative contributes to strengthening
the city's international competitiveness.

Moving forward, GOYOH will leverage the results of this project to promote the adoption of its service both domestically and internationally.
