GOYOH has been designing for the well-being of people and society through real estate with the mission of "building a sustainable future through experience value."

In this project, we will implement EaSyGo Value Driver, an integrated platform that visualizes and optimizes the value and impact of real estate in HANEDA INNOVATION CITY, an advanced urban space.
Through its implementation, we will build a mechanism for buildings and towns to grow together with tenants, users, local communities, and government and demonstrate a new urban model that combines social and economic values.

We believe that this initiative will become a model for the next generation of smart cities where people, companies, and capital gather, based on a soft value model that can be deployed in overseas cities.

We will communicate a new form of sustainable city from Tokyo to the world.
