Final Report

Kids Public, Inc. project conducted from February 2025 at the Hachijo Town Health and Welfare Center was completed in March 2025.

Kids Public, Inc., which envisions a society in which everyone can grow up healthily, conducted a model experiment utilizing the company’s D to P with N + Device-type online pediatric consultations (Doctor-to-Patient with Nurse + Device).

The project provided device-enabled online pediatric consultations at the Hachijo Town Health and Welfare Center and conducted a survey. With confirmation from the Tokyo Islands Health Center Hachijo Branch Office and the Shinjuku City Public Health Center, two physicians belonging to Clinic With Me (Shinjuku City, Tokyo) participated.

Online Consultations by Remote Pediatricians

Usage: A total of 64 consultations were conducted during the period (with five users visiting multiple times, resulting in 58 unique patients).

Frequency of Use

A survey was conducted among 53 users to understand service usage and satisfaction, with 48 valid responses. All respondents answered “very satisfied” (77.1%) or “satisfied” (22.9%) regarding consultation satisfaction. Furthermore, compared with previous visits to regular medical institutions, all respondents answered “this consultation was much more satisfying,” “somewhat more satisfying,” or “both equally satisfying,” confirming very high satisfaction.
