Feedbacks from participants
- We realized the importance of in-person visits.
- Such opportunity to visit the local area, make connections, and explore new business opportunities will not be gained without such a program.
We also deeper understanding of the European’s business perspectives and ways of thinking through this delegation program, which will be extremely helpful for our future proposals and activities.
- We were able to gain a concrete understanding of local challenges and build valuable networks through site visits and interviews.
- Our understanding of challenges related to food waste and resource circulation, and how our business, materials, and technologies can contribute to society, was deepened by engaging directly with stakeholders.
Establishing new connections with government agencies, companies, and research institutions has opened up possibilities for joint demonstrations and business collaborations.
This delegation has been a significant step forward in accelerating our challenge to create new industries starting from waste.
- We are now taking steps to establish our EU base after the delegation program.
- We were unsure about which region or city would be the best fit for our company even though we have been considering setting up a base in the EU for some time. Through this visit, we were impressed by Malmö’s location, its strong agricultural sector, and the excellent farmland, which is not yet widely known internationally. We believe Malmö is an ideal match for our company and have already begun inquiries regarding the establishment of a branch.
