Difficulties Participants face during global business expansion
Exploration and Negotiation with Overseas Collaboration Partners
The understanding to the different regulations and market needs in
each target region is crucial, given the complex nature of our
solution.
We aim to attract new customers for pilot testing at our demo
plant in Jakarta.
Regulations and Compliance for Overseas Expansion
Understanding local regulations and compliance requirements is
essential in addition to building networks with local governments
and companies.
Securing the necessary stakeholders for project financing and
local project implementation, which requires individuals with
strong and influential local connections, still remains a
challenge, even after the on-site research into relevant
challenges through this delegation program.
