We aim to attract new customers for pilot testing at our demo plant in Jakarta.

Securing the necessary stakeholders for project financing and local project implementation, which requires individuals with strong and influential local connections, still remains a challenge, even after the on-site research into relevant challenges through this delegation program.

- Gaining a deeper understanding of the on-site challenges related to waste management and the introduction of renewable energy in Jakarta was one of the major achievement during this delegation program.
We were able to identify clear pathways to implement concrete PoC projects, through collaboration with organizations such as Pasar Jaya and local governments. This will be an extremely valuable asset for our future expansion into Asia.
Additionally, insights gained from interactions with other participating startups and experts have been beneficial in refining our fiber and resource-energy circulation model.
