Cellid manufactures Waveguide, a state-of-the-art optical see-through display technology, and in November 2024 released a “reference design,” a verification model of AR glasses that is highly designed and lightweight. We are also promoting ecosystem development to disseminate AR glasses and expand the market. In addition to hardware, we focus on developing industry-specific solutions using spatial recognition software.
In 2024, we conducted a demonstration with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Bureau of Port and Harbor on 3D modeling of port facilities and automatic organization of inspection images to streamline facility management operations.
Our goal is to realize technology that naturally blends into everyday life through the fusion of reality and digital via the spread of AR technology.
This selection recognizes Cellid’s technical capabilities and future potential.
We will contribute to our company’s growth and Tokyo’s industrial development, realize best practices across the industry, and ensure users can fully benefit from AR experiences.
