Final Report
Stroly, Inc. project at Tokyo Innovation Base (TIB), conducted from February 2024, was completed in March 2024.
Stroly, Inc. consolidated information on Tokyo’s startup support facilities and events and created digital map media to enhance circulation, aiming to increase the related population visiting facilities anchored by TIB among domestic and international businesspeople starting from participation in TIB events.
Within this, the project promoted recommended support providers and location clusters to users of the digital maps and verified whether the maps effectively aided business visits.
The project created a TIB area map and a Tokyo-wide map. The maps used four types of pins aligned with category themes, and the wide-area map allowed users to place stickers freely to update designs.
In a survey, 83.3% of respondents said the maps were useful, praising them as “groundbreaking because there has never been a map that intuitively shows startup areas.”

Beyond visualization of related startup facilities, the project successfully obtained user information and conducted user analysis. Spot information was frequently viewed for the TIB area, indicating a tendency among viewers to check what is located around TIB.
Conversely, regarding heat maps using user location data, out of approximately 3,500 total accesses, only 33 (about 1%) had GPS turned on, making the acquisition of movement data a future challenge.

The verification showed that the project addressed TIB’s challenge of visualizing startup-related information and effectively collected user information.
Going forward, we will utilize the verification results from this project and promote introduction through public procurement.
