As we strive for an environmentally friendly, sustainable society, energy-saving measures for HVAC equipment—which are major energy consumers—are attracting attention. Historically, conventional technologies have often involved complex temperature control or forcibly limiting operation.
However, we believe that stopping unnecessary ventilation beforehand can yield far greater energy-saving effects without compromising comfort.
Energy saving and decarbonization are critical challenges that the world must urgently address. Nonetheless, it is not widely known that ventilation can be a major source of HVAC energy loss.
By collaborating with the public sector through this project, we expect significant ripple effects and believe we can make substantial progress toward solving problems on a nationwide scale. In doing so, we hope not only to contribute to the introduction of our solutions in public institutions but also to drive adoption in private-sector organizations.
By improving business profitability through electricity cost reductions and fundamentally transforming the true challenge—reducing greenhouse gas emissions to protect the global environment—we will contribute to a sustainable, environmentally friendly societal transformation.
