Microbase Inc.
Initial Report
Microbase Inc. started the project in December 15th 2023, at Tokyo Metropolitan Housing Supply Corporation.
In the project, we will utilize the AI for predicting future
demographic trends “Miraie.AI (Miraie)” provided by the company, in
the qualification screening, housing unit allocation, and vacancy
recruitment for the occupancy of metropolitan housing by the Housing
Supply Corporation.
In the qualification screening and housing
unit allocation business, we will examine the effect of labor saving
by reducing the work burden, and in the vacancy recruitment business,
we will examine the improvement of the prediction accuracy of the
number of vacancies that can be provided in the future by utilizing
the product.
The project will be implemented until late February 2024.
