Initial Report
Dr. JOY Co., Ltd. started the project at Tokyo Metropolitan Bokuto Hospital from February 1st, 2024.
From April 2024, with the start of the reform of the working style of
doctors and the enforcement of restrictions on the upper limit of
overtime work, medical institutions are required the establishment of
an appropriate labor management system to provide medical care that
ensures quality and safety.
In the project, we will ask the
doctors of Bokuto Hospital to utilize Dr. JOY's attendance management
system using beacon equipment, and we will examine the effectiveness
of reducing the burden on doctors and staffs in human resources and
labor department in labor management by automatically stamping
attendance and leaving records and saving labor for overtime
applications.
This project will be implemented until early March 2024.
