Project summary | We strive to automate/optimize the tenant screening process and
speed up the process of recruiting new tenants for metropolitan
housing through the introduction of “Miraie.ai” and the use of
image recognition technology at metropolitan housing management
sites. We plan to verify results regarding operational efficiency in the tenant screening process by staff through comparing operating time with and without using our product and a questionnaire on various operations Regarding the speeding up of metropolitan housing tenant recruitment, we plan to verify the accuracy of predicting when houses will be vacant by confirming the consistency between the number of houses predicted to be possible to provide in the future using past results. |

Rapid population changes and reactive housing management practices
have resulted in mismatches and lost opportunities in the supply
of houses as exemplified by the rapid increase in the number of
vacant houses. We strive to make Miraie.ai predict and optimize
supply and demand in housing, which are difficult to foresee, and
to become an AI infrastructure for cities so that all generations
can have a stable supply of housing.
We strive to shorten
the time it takes for Tokyo residents to live in public houses owned
by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government for as many people as possible
by using all sorts of technology. We wish to expand this business to
public housing and apartment management companies across Japan as well
as to export this product, which we created from Japan’s advanced issues
as a highly developed country, overseas so that we tackle housing issues
globally.
