The World Athletics Championships Tokyo 2025 aimed to establish a new global standard in international sports for the future, the "Tokyo Model," through the realization of compact, environmentally friendly and sustainable competitions, and to contribute to the adaptation to climate change and the realization of a sustainable city promoted by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government.
Under these circumstances, we will implement a project with startups that provide solutions to solve the social issue of "heat countermeasures" associated with climate change, which has become a global issue, using innovative ideas and technologies.

In the World Athletics Championships Tokyo 2025 Collaboration Course, the World Athletics Foundation, startups, and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government will collaborate to promote collaborative projects.
